The holler
A family homestead where the forest does the work.
Locke Holler sits at the corner where Tennessee, Georgia, and North Carolina meet — spring-fed pasture and hardwood on the very edge of the Cherokee National Forest.
We raise pigs and poultry the honest way: out on pasture and under the trees, letting the hogs root through the woods the way they were meant to. Forest-fed pork is what we'll be known for.
This is the very beginning. We're building the farm now — and we'd love for you to come along from the start.
