The holler

A family homestead where the forest does the work.

Locke Holler sits at the corner where Tennessee, Georgia, and North Carolina meet — spring-fed pasture and hardwood on the very edge of the Cherokee National Forest.

We raise pigs and poultry the honest way: out on pasture and under the trees, letting the hogs root through the woods the way they were meant to. Forest-fed pork is what we'll be known for.

This is the very beginning. We're building the farm now — and we'd love for you to come along from the start.

What we're building

Good things, coming in their season.

Nothing's for sale just yet — this is what the farm is growing toward.

Forest-fed pork

Pasture- and woodland-raised, the way pork is meant to taste.

Pastured poultry & eggs

Chickens and turkeys on grass; eggs with deep, golden yolks.

Smoked & cured hams

Holiday hams and turkeys, slow-smoked and cured with care.

Small-batch provisions

Sausage, snack sticks, and pantry goods made from the farm.

Shipped for the holidays

Someday soon, a taste of the holler at your door — anywhere.

Raised on the forest's edge

Silvopasture and spring water — a place, not just a product.
